Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes — you can upgrade at any time from your cPanel client area. Upgrades are pro-rata, meaning you only pay the difference for the remaining period. There's no downtime during an upgrade.

Do you handle the migration from my current host?

Yes, on every plan. Once you've signed up, WhatsApp us or open a ticket and our team handles the full migration — files, databases, email accounts, and DNS — with zero downtime. We complete most migrations within 24 hours.

What happens if I cancel early on a multi-month plan?

Unused months are credited back to your account at the discounted rate you paid — not the month-to-month rate. There are no cancellation penalties or fees.

Is WordPress supported?

Yes — all plans support WordPress, and cPanel includes Softaculous for one-click installation. The Growth plan and above include a staging environment specifically for safe WordPress updates and testing.

What currency will I be billed in?

You can select your preferred billing currency during checkout — we support ZAR, USD, and EUR. The toggle above shows live approximate prices, and your selected currency is locked at checkout.

What does "fully managed" mean on the Managed plan?

Our team handles WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates; security patches; uptime monitoring; monthly performance reports; and a dedicated support engineer who knows your setup. You focus on your business — we run your hosting.

Is the Sprout plan really limited to 5 spots?

Yes — Sprout is a subsidised entry plan and we limit availability to keep infrastructure quality high. If spots are full when you order, you'll automatically be offered the Seed plan instead.
